Refund Policy and Allocation of Capacity

Portugal Wizard operates on a limited-capacity, appointment-based service model. When a client books or confirms a service, we immediately allocate dedicated time, internal resources, planning capacity, and coordination availability — including, where applicable, collaboration with legal professionals and trusted service partners.

For this reason, all fees paid for services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once a booking is confirmed or payment has been made.

Refunds will not be granted in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • The client choosing to discontinue the process;
  • The client failing to provide required documentation or information;
  • Delays, suspensions, or inactivity caused by the client;
  • Changes in personal, financial, or strategic circumstances;
  • Delays, refusals, or decisions made by governmental or administrative authorities.

Fees compensate not only for services rendered but also for the reservation of professional capacity and availability during the allocated period. As we limit the number of clients we assist at any given time, accepting a booking may prevent us from onboarding other clients.

Portugal Wizard reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to assess exceptional circumstances individually. Any exception must be confirmed in writing and shall not constitute a waiver of this policy in future cases.
