Our services may include, but are not limited to, immigration guidance, residency planning, documentation assistance, relocation support, property search coordination, school search guidance, and general settling-in assistance.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date and structured guidance, Portugal Wizard does not guarantee any specific result, including but not limited to visa approvals, residency approvals, tax registrations, or administrative outcomes.

Governmental and administrative decisions are outside our control. We shall not be held liable for delays, refusals, changes in law, or decisions issued by public authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information;
• Submit requested documentation within reasonable timeframes;
• Respond to communications in a timely manner;
• Understand that immigration and relocation processes are subject to legal and administrative changes.

Portugal Wizard shall not be responsible for negative outcomes resulting from incomplete information, delayed submissions, or inaccurate documentation provided by the client.

4. Third-Party Services

In the course of providing services, Portugal Wizard may coordinate with or introduce clients to third-party professionals such as lawyers, real estate agents, accountants, translators, or other service providers.

While we strive to collaborate with reliable partners, Portugal Wizard does not control and shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, advice, or services of any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, structure, layout, and materials, is the intellectual property of Portugal Wizard unless otherwise stated. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

6. Refund Policy and Allocation of Capacity

Portugal Wizard operates on a limited-capacity, appointment-based service model. When a client books or confirms a service, we immediately allocate dedicated time, internal resources, planning capacity, and coordination availability — including, where applicable, collaboration with legal professionals and trusted service partners.

For this reason, all fees paid for services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once a booking is confirmed or payment has been made.

Refunds will not be granted in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• The client choosing to discontinue the process;
• The client failing to provide required documentation or information;
• Delays, suspensions, or inactivity caused by the client;
• Changes in personal, financial, or strategic circumstances;
• Delays, refusals, or decisions made by governmental or administrative authorities.

Fees compensate not only for services rendered but also for the reservation of professional capacity and availability during the allocated period. As we limit the number of clients we assist at any given time, accepting a booking may prevent us from onboarding other clients.

Portugal Wizard reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to assess exceptional circumstances individually. Any exception must be confirmed in writing and shall not constitute a waiver of this policy in future cases.

7. Privacy

Personal data provided through this website or during service delivery will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

Portugal Wizard reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
