To be eligible for a full refund, the service must have not started, meaning no documents where sign (POAs and others) and no documents had been sent/delivered to third party entities/partners.
– You have made an order at the website but didn’t yet receive an email from us: 100% refund.
– You have made an order, sent the documents and/ or have a schedule for signing the POA and/ or already signed the POA: 50% refund.
– You have made an order, signed the Services Agreement: 50% refund.
You must send an email to [email protected] with the subject “REFUND”. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and proceed accordingly.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within aprox. 20 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
